The subway access is excellent, a real plus. i also loved the modern décor. It's neat and stylish, i liked the comfortable bed, it ensured a restful sleep. everything felt thoughtfully designed. it was also sound proofed!

i noticed the room lacked a window. this. I think more ventilation would help.

The reception personnel were friendly and quite helpful. Tea and coffee were available freely at reception whenever i asked. Breakfast included a great selection of foods. The deli food was also really good I enjoyed a lovely steak for dinner in the restaurant

I found the staff to be very responsive to my needs. the location proved quite convenient with easy access to public transport, a real plus. plus, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i was really surprised by the soundproofing in my room. It was actually easy to sleep.

i found the temperature control in the room a little tricky. it seemed to fluctuate between warm and cool. this made it difficult to maintain a consistently comfortable environment.

mixed experience at this hotel

unstable temperature non-alcoholic drinks

the staff at reception was good and gave all information at check-in.

The water temperature in the shower was unstable. it alternated between scalding hot and ice cold. also, a lot of water leaked into the rest of the bathroom constantly.. i felt misled when i was told that all drinks at the bars were discounted for hotel guests. This applied only to non-alcoholic drinks.
